Storyline: Robin investigated the murder of his friend while his father thought of moving to Keystone City. In disguise, Tim took Stephanie to Lamaze class. Afterwards, Robin found the bullies but was convinced they did not kill his friend.

Storyline: Tim, Robin, and now Alvin (the persona to Stephanie) continued to struggle with identities. Robin found that the two bullies did in fact kill his friend.

Storyline: Robin said goodbye to Stephanie and hopped a flight with his father to Keystone City. With his father out with Dana, Robin decided to explore his new surroundings. He ran into the Flash and saw him in action. Riddler and Captain Boomerang escaped a prison transport.

Storyline: Riddler and Captain Boomerang hijacked a blimp and dumped riddles as confetti all over the city. Robin deciphered them and met with Flash. An electronics truck was stolen; Riddler's people began giving away "boom boxes" filled with explosives. Robin realized what was about to happen; Flash began getting rid of the stereos and was helped out by Superman. They were able to get rid of all the devices before any blew up.

Storyline: The riddles did their trick - Flash was kept busy running all over town. Robin talked to Stephanie, she was thinking of maybe keeping her baby. Robin figured out Riddler's next move and closed in on him. Flash arrived and helped with the cleanup. Tim called Stephanie again and learned she was in labor. Flash rushed him to Gotham Heights so he could be with her in the hospital.

Storyline: Stephanie had her baby and decided to go through with the adoption plan. Tim called his father, who was furious at him running off again. Jack and Dana hopped a plane to Gotham Heights to pick him up. Some of Nicholas Scratch's men commandeered a hospital when one began dying.

Storyline: Tim's father understood that he wanted to stay in Gotham Heights - he felt the same way. They decided to move back into their old home. Tim went "out with friends," but actually took care of the situation at the hospital after hearing about it on the radio.

Storyline: After being called in by Batman and Oracle, Robin and Nightwing made way toward Gotham City. Tommy Mangles and Gearhead (who was only a head and torso) attacked them in the tunnels below the river. They got past them and continued onward.

Storyline: Batman assigned Robin to check out a possible stockpile - canned goods with 10+ year-old expiration dates were popping up around NML. Robin got a tip about the sewers and found Ratcatcher hiding out down there.

Storyline: Stephanie Brown's mother found her Spoiler outfit and forbid her to go out in it anymore. Robin escaped the rats by jumping into sewage. When he was able to get himself out, he passed out. A group of sewer dwelling kids calling themselves the Wolflings picked him up. Mr. Freeze attacked Tommy Mangles and Gearhead.

Storyline: The Wolflings went looking for treasure and found Mr. Freeze and Ratcatcher, who'd been working together. Robin followed them and was able to capture the bad guys. He phoned the Blue Boys, who later picked up Freeze, Ratcatcher, Tommy Mangles, and Gearhead. Batman got Robin medical attention.

Storyline: Killer Croc began making his move toward Penguin territory. Robin, recovering from the virus he got while in the sewers, went on a recon mission. He was spotted by Crocs men and taken. The Blue Boy sent men and ammo to Penguin's aid.
