Storyline: Tim and Tam visited Hong Kong for a Neon Knights event. Red Robin gave Cassandra Cain a Bat costume. When he got back home, Tim visited Ives at school and caught up on things.
Red Robin broke Lynx free and spent some time patrolling with Batman (Bruce). Note: This takes place after Bruce returns and announces Batman, Inc.


Red Robin #18

Storyline: Tim and Tam visited Moscow in hopes of getting a grant to start a Neon Knights franchise. Red Robin was investigating his possible investor, Viktor Mikalek, who'd been linked to the Unternet. RR first met with Red Star; he warned him that Mikalek had been very good for the Russian economy.
A female assassin struck at Tim's meeting while Lonnie hacked into Mikalek's computers. Red Star ran her off. Red Robin met with her later and they were both attacked by Red Star. Tam, Red Robin, and the assassin all collapsed - the Calculator struck them.

Storyline: Red Robin woke up in the Unternet (in a costume mixed of his and Nightwing's). Tam was there as a small child. They soon realized everyone else was a program. They quickly found Anarky and went after Promise (the female assassin). Anarky broke Mikalek's connections and sent the rest back to the real world.
Red Star shook RR's hand and told him he'd take care of Mikalek. Mikalek hired Catman to capture Tim Drake and Tam Fox believing they'd severed his connection to the Unternet.


Red Robin #20

Subtitle: The Rabbit Hole interlude: On the Shoulders of Titans

Storyline: Catman attacked Red Robin. He escaped when RR left to rescue Tam from a Calculator attack. She was away from her dorm when it was bombed. Tim ran a scan on the bomber - it was the Calculator. He found 147 more matches and realized he had robots which looked like him. He called in the Teen Titans for help.
The group sent Robin (Damian) into Istanbul (he was the only one Calculator wouldn't recognize) to find is hideout. One of the robots exploded, dozens other moved in on the team.

Red Robin #21

Subtitle: The Rabbit Hole part 3: Sinsanity

Storyline: Back in Gotham, Red Robin did battle with some men who'd been plugged into the Unternet too long. He got Anarky to take him in. Together, they pulled the plug on the whole thing. The four were stopped by overloading them with electricity.

Subtitle: Judgment on Gotham part two: A Soul in Silence

Storyline: Azrael and the Crusader tested Red Robin. Mayor Hady, an immoral man (blackmailed to get into office, cheated on his wife, etc.) was kidnapped and RR must save him. En route, RR saved people from a burning GCPD dirigible and a church fire. After saving Hady, Red Robin was still judged a failure because he did not believe. Note: part 2 of the Judgment on Gotham crossover (Batman 708, Red Robin 22, GC Sirens 22, Batman 709)


Red Robin #23

Subtitle: 7 Days of Death part one: Little Triggers

Storyline: Red Robin showed Batman (Bruce) that he was renovating the Monarch Theater. Later, while on patrol, Lonnie sent him to a location and he was jumped by Lynx. A plot to kill Lucious Fox was uncovered. Red Robin and Batman (Dick) watched and gave chase - it was Scarab.
Dick was able to get the other Scarab released from prison. RR took her to Egypt. En route, he found that several other big-named CEOs had been attacked / killed. In Scarab's headquarters, the assassination order was changed: Red Robin must die.


Red Robin #24

Subtitle: 7 Days of Death part two: It's Not Parandia

Storyline: Red Robin wirelessly uploaded a virus into the Scarab costumes, but he lost them in the streets. Lonnie told him Mikalek had learned too much and thus was targeted. RR visited him in the hospital and learned Promise was again out to get him. She captured RR and took him to her sister. They planned to impregnate her and kill him.

Subtitle: 7 Days of Death part three: The Bigger Picture

Storyline: Cassandra Cain as Black Bat (Batman, Inc's Hong Kong operative) burst in and saved Red Robin. They then faked his death in order to get into Promise's boss's lair. Though they didn't learn his identity, they did put an end to the assassination tournament. Tim headed back to Gotham City after promising to help Cassandra with something.
Tam didn't take too kindly to being put in the middle of her father's fake assassination. "Cricket," a ten-year-old killer, defeated both Black Bat and Red Robin. While recovering from his injuries, Tim completed the construction on his new hideout - the location which was once the Monarch Theater.

Subtitle: What Goes Around

Storyline: Red Robin put a scenario in place that would leave Captain Boomerang dead in several different outcomes. He followed his father's killer to make sure no innocents were harmed. In the end, he couldn't go through with it and handed the man over to police. Batman and Robin (Dick and Damian) were there at the end letting him know he did the right thing. Batman (Bruce) watched and knew he'd put the whole thing in motion.
